JCC’s 126th Annual Meeting

Client: Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh
Collaborators: JBP & Treehouse Media
Project Type: Hybrid Corporate Event

The JCC has been serving the Pittsburgh community for 126 years! Every year they hold an Annual Meeting. Thankfully, this is not a boring affair. They do a little bit of business and then spend the rest of the event recognizing all of the people who are helping to make their world a better place! The event starts off with a wonderful video by Josh and Tim over at Treehouse Media. We then go into the meeting itself. We used a JBP camera with a very long-range lens for the podium speaker shot. We also tapped into the two PTZ cameras installed in the JCC’s multipurpose room for the other two angles. We helped with custom shading, camera positions, and other settings to make sure that their cameras look great on the stream.

The stream itself was to Zoom Webinar. The archive recording below was a Zoom recording, so please excuse some of the quality loss and slight darkness that comes from streaming/recording in Zoom. While we normally don’t use Zoom for streaming, this was one of the situations where it made sense for the customer and their audience. We were able to take their Zoom to the next level by adding video playback, multiple cameras, lower thirds, and fullscreen graphics!
