Production Staffing & Administration
It is hard to find good help! We have worked hard to create strong relationships with our regular crews, a wide network of freelancers, and partner venues. This allows us to help folks with staffing events, regardless of discipline. We help ensure that freelancers have adequate training for the job, support them remotely if they have questions during your project, and manage the bureaucracy of bringing new people into the fold. In return, these crews are paid through us at their JBP rate and are covered by our liability insurance policy. Let us know how we can help with your staffing needs!
Sondra E Woodruff II (formerly) of Kelly Strayhorn Theatre used JBP team members to fill out video production crews. In turn, she is on the list of highly qualified directors and producers. She is seen directing a segment for Sunstar 2021 where JBP provided lighting and assistant directing.

Camera, Switcher, & Graphics
We know someone qualified on every switcher. Our camera operators are trained to understand cameras at their core and can learn to use anything on the market. We have operators who can use many different graphics programs.
Directing & Producing
Vision is everything. We have people that can take your idea and bring it to life. Let them lead your designers and set the standards for your crew.
Scenic & Rigging
Again, we have designers, artists, builders, and draftspeople in our rolodex. We only use qualified up and down riggers. We can even get ETCP certified riggers if your project requires them.
Management
Even if you direct your own event, the right support is key. Our Production Managers and Stage Managers can ensure that your project is on time, budget, and plan.
Support Services
We have connections with transportation, house management, ticketing, kraft services, certified armed/unarmed security, and cleaning services companies. Let us help you get the rest of your team, especially if you are traveling with a limited crew.

Educators often need support with complex events or complex venues. We specialize in helping high school and college faculty and staff produce engaging streaming and hybrid content. We can even help you get your play, musical, concert, or sporting event online (licensing permitting).
