JBP Remote Studio
Streaming is here to stay. Some customers choose to stream because of COVID-19. Others have chosen to stream to reach a wider audience for their art. Corporate clients now have remote workers around the country or world that they want to include in company events. Some panels are impossible or expensive to get in the same location. We can help with our Remote Studio program. This is way more than a Zoom call or Webinar (though we can help deliver through those platforms). We will run a remote control center that takes in camera feeds from your talent and overlays professional graphics, such as lower thirds with personal and social media information. We can also trigger fullscreen video playback, slideshows, preshow entertainment, and more. This can be in conjunction with a Video Production or Studio Streaming package to create content to premiere followed by a talkback or panel discussion. We take all of the stress and kluge out of this process by taking care of it in our Remote Studio.

The event consisted of live introductions to prerecorded content with a panel discussion following. JBP Collaborated with Arvid Tomoko to create the prerecorded video and controlled the stream from the JBP Remote Studio. Panelists were able to join from around the country and viewers could join from around the world.
Standard Services
Remote Studio Control
We can switch between many visual layouts. Each person can have a lower-third graphic with their name and other information on it. We can show people in fullscreen, multiple people side by side, select people over a screen share, and many other options involving prerecorded video, graphics, and more. We control it all on our end so that you don’t have to worry about it! We can even speak in the ear of the talent without the audience hearing it to give schedule updates, count-ins, and other cues.
Remote Camera & Audio
Are you worried that someone on your panel will have some audio feedback and not know it? Don’t worry, we can mute them remotely. We can also adjust the volume of each person so that everyone sounds their best. Other camera and audio settings are available in our Director’s Control Panel to help the talent put their best image and voice forward.
Graphics
Graphics is something that Zoom doesn’t offer. We can help give your team lower thirds, social media handles, and so much more. We can work with your designer or one of ours to get the best content put together for your event. Then we can control it all for you LIVE. There are some examples below.
Lighting & Audio Equipment
Sure, you have a webcam, built-in mic, and some speakers on your laptop. Sadly, that isn’t the best quality right out of the box. We can help give guidelines to get better quality out of what you have, advice on what to buy to take it up a notch, and rentals of small kits that can be mailed out to your talent for the special event.
Video Production
Some remote events are best served with both live and prerecorded segments. We offer help recording and editing those “canned” segments too. For more information about our video production services, please look at our Video Production page.
Prerecord & Drone Camera Units
You can’t unveil your new corporate headquarters without some B-Roll and drone footage! Some content requires an interview ahead of time. Other streams need sponsor commercials and partner spotlights. We can help with the prerecorded content that is played back during your stream. We even have an FAA Licensed UAS Pilot and a 4K drone to capture amazing B-Roll imagry.
